I joined SuperGraphics just over a year ago at the age of 24. With no knowledge of the industry and what seemed to be an intimidating corporate structure (I came from a retail and hospitality background) I sometimes wondered what a kid like me had to offer. What I thought was a disadvantage was actually something that would soon make me stand out.
